How can one stop the road noise of tyres?  Yes this is another sewer in a bucket.

How to trap grasshopper swarms
I came up with an idea some time back that needs attention!
Green nets that are deployed near swarms of grasshoppers that attract them and kill them.
The idea is to have pit crew type net erectors that are deployed in minutes of swarms going to flight.
These nets need to be of the colour of artificial turf as this stuff attracts the little critters by the millions. Maybe green lights can also be used for attracting the insects?
Insects like new green growth and I believe that they can not distinguish plastic from growing food they advance for the colour of the food.

How does one make a sewer treatment plant in a bucket

This is a pet project of mine. the idea is that treatment of sewer on a small scale which then can be scaled up. If a sewer is small and cheap to make then problems of health can be addressed worldwide.
Population is expanding and the infrastructure is not or is slow to take up the slack.


The system needs to service a family of five and be the size of a bucket that's the brief.

So lets all think about the solution.
